No matter where in the hiring pipeline you're getting stuck, I'll help you unclog. Bring your job specs, adverts, anything you want help with and I'll work with you to solve your hiring woes.
I'll go through: The recruitment life cycle, common pitfalls, writing job specs, adverts, reading CV's, handling applications, and deciding on an interview process.
