Empowered by Innovation is hosted by Enterprise Ireland and the Local Enterprise Offices at the Guinness Enterprise Centre, in collaboration with Techstars Start-up Week powered by Dublin City Council. It is designed to lead participants from the embryonic stages of Innovation, through ideation and testing of ideas, to developing products and services.
